What We Do
The Infrastructure Committee helps protect and preserve the systems that keep Winding River safe, attractive, environmentally responsible, and financially strong. Working with the Board, CAMS, engineers, and specialized contractors, the committee plans for the long-term care and improvement of the community's shared infrastructure.
The committee:

Evaluates roads, curbs, bridges, stormwater ponds, swales, drainage systems, gates, monuments, and lighting

Develops long-range maintenance strategies and conducts annual infrastructure assessments

Reviews engineering studies and infrastructure conditions

Recommends capital improvements and oversees major infrastructure projects

Helps maximize the life and long-term value of community assets
