By this time, you should have received your statement for the quarterly assessment currently due. Quarterly assessments are due on the 1st of January, April, July and October. The Association offers a 30-day grace period for receipt of your payment; therefore, late fees will be applied to any account with an outstanding assessment after the grace period.

Please note the assessment late payment policy has changed for 2026. Late fees will be 10% of the assessment balance per month. This change was adopted as the Board seeks to encourage timely payments and maintain the financial stability of the association by reducing costs associated with collection efforts and proactively plan investments.

Payments can be submitted electronically via your bank account or credit card on a one-time or recurring basis through the CAMS portal or by CLICKING HERE. Checks can be mailed to PO Box 93836 Las Vegas, NV 89193-3836, or delivered directly to the PMO at 1640 Goley Hewett Road, Bolivia, NC 28422.
